THE STORY OF V&M SOAPS

Hi, my name is Julliza Toledo, the maker & owner of V&M Soaps. I live in the big beautiful green state of NJ, Bloomfield, with my two little girls and husband and I make bath and body products for living. 

Here how it all started:

On January 2020, my lovely mother was dignose with leukimia and was in a coma for about a month. Meanwhile she was in a coma, I did every research online about the disease,exposures and remedies and that when i stumble upon cold process soaps or other beauty products that was made naturally from oils that we might have in the kitchen. 

After all the reasearch i attempted to make my first soap, let me tell you it wasnt pretty! But, I didnt gave up because I wanted my mother to use natural products after she gets out of the hospital. After a couple of trial and errors i made my first soap and fell in love! I couldnt stop making it. All my family members started using my soaps and stopped buying from big markets stores. 

Years later my kids were born, and i decided to stay home with my babies and took the chance to start my soap business. V&M soaps was named after my two girls, Victoria and Mia. They gave me that push to risk it and start my dream job, making soap for everyone in the world.

My mother is now 5 years in remission, and has not use any store bought bath and body products since leaving the hospital. What can i say? my number one customer.
